To be honest i haven't faced any problems till now, its been 8 months and i and my family has made best decision by buying a flat here. loved the amenities they always keep it clean from swimming pool to sports area. i am working in a company which is located in manyata tech park so its easy for me to commute. the best part is interior is top class. absolutely love it.

Best build quality I have refered 2 of my friends they will visit definer hi-life shortly. Currently I am residing here. It has high class amenities like

Swimming pool

Light house

N many more.

It provides commercial and best availability with in the restate. It has a good standard construction.

I had been for this project . The build quality is very good and pricing is very competitive even the location is very convenient for it hubs like manyata techpark, bagmane tech park. . I would recommend this to all my friends if they are looking for apartment then definer is first priority.

Really happy with the stay all facilities are up to mark as provided by the builders. Before booking, I consulted many builders most of them were highly priced for very low facilities. Definer hi-life provided me with all the facilities with the best price and its worth buying. Do not believe in fake reviews by other competitors if you are planning o buy go ahead and buy it without any second thoughts.

I have purchased flat in Definer kingdom and based on experience I am having I would not recommend anyone to purchase property with definer ventures. Once you buy flat from them, their attitude changes completely. There CRM team will not respond to your mails and call for issues.

Recently people already staying here got a notice from BESCOM that building has few non compliance issues and builder do not want to resolve it instead he is asking apartment owners to resolve these issues on their own money and also pay to BESCOm whatever inspection charges or fine needs to be paid.

I also personally had issue regarding Tax payment of property which was resolved after 1 year and for this entire 1 year I did not get any response from their CRM team despite of regular followup on mails and calls from my side. After many months torture when I was about to go consumer court they decided to pay that tax.

There could be many more issues with this project or other projects which this builder is working on, I do not think that it is worth investing money even if apartments are much more affordable than other projects I would recommend to take flat from reputated builder for peace of mind after purchase.

Almost everyone who has purchased flat in Definer kingdom and staying here is frustrated and regretting his/her decision of buying from this builder.

Quality of the construction is good.

Unable to manage localite issues.

Lot of Maintenance issue.

Electrical switches are not good for the apartment.

I request management to look into the issues. Still lot of pending tasks need to be done. Kindly look into this.

There responsitbity ends once your money go in their pocket.

No commitment time no tansparency to cutoemers and no respect for their own word.

Definer has been painfully slow for months, mostly on hold under pretext or the other.

Huge difference between pre-sales and post sales experience.

Once a sale is closed new clauses mushroom out of nowhere.

They not responsing our emails.

They cannot commit anything.

Their responsibility ends once your money is in their pocket. No commitment to time, no transparency to customers and no respect for their own word. Work at Definer Kingdom has been painfully slow for months, mostly on hold under one pretext or the other.

Hey I had been to Definer Kingdom 2 years back and just a week back, Below are my observations /feedback:

The construction quality looks fine - overall.

The locality is slightly away from city, But away from NH and noise.

At that time I was planning to buy, They offered for 2100/- Now its Rs.3456/-

Hey I was hearing from many of my friends that the floor plan are well planned compared to Prestige tranquillity, That was really true.

As of now major mall is the future group mall ONLY.

Near to Whitefield and Airport, But far from city central.

Expected delivery is by April'15, As mentioned by the sales team.

Looking to buy one shortly. Plz let me know if any one have booked in this project and how is the Post sales experience.

The apartment has lot of open space and is situated amidst fields (at pethanahalli on NH 207 , 3kms from Hoskote, Bangalore). Building is now managed by residents hence much better than it was before, however some of the problems owing to builder is hard to rectify like poor building quality - there are cracks in the building and water seepage along water pipe lines.

Other problem is because of the location it is difficult to reach thru public transport. However there are lot of families staying there and pretty friendly atmosphere though there are many bachelors who sometimes create problems.

Definer provides the true construction in which they use the best quality materials, cement, and the design is simply superb. In Bangalore, many people believe in their constructions. This project is very beautifully done by them. They are also providing so any good amenities in this and location add to market school, malls nearby 15 to 20 mint. I am really happy to invest my hard earned money on this project.

I have been searching for a ready to move apartment in Bangalore road for my father for a very long time. Hi-Life is an award-winning property with affordable pricing. the quality of construction stands out. With the recent issues and complaints concerning the quality of construction of certain builders, Hi-Life is a safe bet with all clean documents and approvals.

I am newly married and I was looking to settle into a new home. I have visited the property and also took my family and once with my friends, they all are happy with the place. I spoke to some people who are living there, they said initially some problems were there with hard water but now they have installed a treatment plant and the problem is solved.
