I am going to review this residential property from A to Z.

  9. To see the good quality of fittings, just see the sample Apartment & Washroom too. Wall mounted WC with well ventilated Bed Rooms & Other areas.




  10. The area is very good as because, you will find lots of Schools, University, Hospital, Lower Pollution level & Greenery over there.

Cons,




  1. You have to drive/ ride/ hire transport to reach to Gaur chowk(4.1 KM) and that could be a big headache for those, who don''t own personal vehicle. But in future, there will be the provision for public transport which is gradually improving in this area.




  2. The nearest Metro station would be at 4.1 KM distance and and that could be a big headache for those, who don''t own personal vehicle.






But, if you want to gift a good healthy living to you and your family, you should not consider this distance while buying CRC Sublimis. It''s really a good society I have ever seen in this price range. Believe me, I have already own a good property over Grater Noida west but still I love this residential project.
