Worst experience ever(Hidden charges)

Review on Conscient Heritage Max, Sector 102, Gurgaon

They have lots of hidden charges. The people are charging approx 50k only for electricity connection and after that, they are asking for 42k advance maintenance charges while I was purchasing the flat that time they told me, Sir, you don't need to pay any maintenance charges till 5years. conscient infrastructure Pvt ltd is fraud. today I was meeting with so many buyers everybody has the same concern about hidden charges. I request you to please don't buy conscient infrastructure property. I am talking about Habitat Faridabad sec-78
