I have a flat in confident symphony, one of the best property for investment and as well as living. Aluva is the fastest growing place and this property is 500 mtrs from the highway behind Pulinchode metro station. Well maintained and good people and the society formed and the committee member are doing a great job.

Symphony is one of the best projects of Confident Group in  a prime location. The project was handed over with total work completion in builder scope in August 2019 and the owners started taking possession for their furnishing works immedia...tely after that .The main reason for the project getting delayed is the floods in 2018 due to  which the builder lost  upto 6 months of construction. Also there are procedural delays in getting  the building numbering and KSEB connection which are totally in the statutory body purview  Read More
