I have purchased a property with confident group and ever since I have purchased the property I realised my mistake in trusting the brand name of confident group and their zero debt advertisement.

Project execution is below standards and  there is absolutely  no  quality control in their project, I am attaching the photos of how poor the construction quality is at their site.

On complaining they say this has been rectified but they fail to say what rectification they have done.

they never deliver what they promise to the customer on time they keep extending the deadline .On questioning them my home team keeps telling you will be getting on such and such date and that has been intimated to him by higher management. but as the date nears you would get another date.Mr MD who owes you money is such a vip that you cannot meet him. Be rest assured that once they have your money they are going to take you for ride.

You can keep asking them but you get only standard answers but no commitment from their end to resolve the issues at hand

PLEASE INVEST WITH THIS GROUP IF YOU REALLY WANT TO HAVE A PATHETIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.Please don't fall in their trap. We are having a horrible time with this group.

I am one of the owner of a confident phoenix flat. The apartment has been planned very well by the builders and its has come up real good. Even though we have few issues, (as its a new building). the complaints are being handled  promptly and coordinated well by  Mr.Michael and his team.

I appreciate the attention, I have received till date from Michael, Deepa, Suresh, Basavaraj, Sekar and Babu. . Keep up the Good Work team.

Cons:

In the past 3 years, in many instances, I have not received proper response from Confident Group Office, in BTM.



  • Mr.Manager/MD(Commercial Dept), though he is a very senior  manager, seems like he is not  able to understand customer requirements properly and there is a reluctance towards responsibilities.At time's Harsh & someone else have short tempered.(THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, & have avoided the persons name) -  At  times I need to go directly to office for any queries.



  • They are not checking the mails on time.



  • They dont have proper updates with them.





- I have been misguided at times.

Thanks Dr. Roy and Mr. Gaffar for having a great vision about this project. Confident groups project execution and customer satisfaction index in this project is commendable. Despite different challenges the execution have been smooth and appointing Michael as the site/project manager was the key difference. Michael and his team takes the customer's request as personal note and officially convert it to satisfaction of the customer. Even after getting handover more than a month and staying here, I still I feel comfortable reaching Michael for any issues I find and he assures that it will be done and happens in fact. As long as confident has person like Gaffar, Deepa and Michael they are going to see every success in their project. The support I got from them while getting hand over was awesome, it wouldn't have been aligned with my very tight timeline otherwise!

I booked this project after cancelling another booking with renowned builder in nearby area, and today I cherish my decision. It was right and its proving too. The location is of the project awesome, seasoned being some previous project in this locality. All necessities you can think of are nearby. Its a great investment in terms of value of money, quality. Kudos to Confident group for this project.

I invested in Confident Phoenix in early 2013 and am pretty happy about my decision as it had paid off in terms of quality and appreciation. Though the project was running late, the management extended all support required to ensure a smooth and hassle free transition in to the new house.

The support team headed by Micheal at the site was always one call away and all issues were resolved as promised. They were also patient and kind enough to support when other home utility equipment were fit. Unlike other support lines that are most likely not answered, the team always answered the call even after working hours and provided the required inputs. The service provided genuinely deserves a round of applause.

I have been residing at Confident Phoenix, for a little while now. Our spacious 3 BHK offers us a great view of the area around us and offers a fine living experience we have always dreamed of. We wanted to move away from the hustle and bustle of the city for years and right after our son was born, we made a conscious decision to look for houses in the Sarjapur area. Over time we realized that an apartment is a safer option considering the fact that we will move to a new area and also, our son might need a play area as he grows and friends to hang out with. We did not want to confine him to the walls of an independent home. We came across an advertisement featuring Confident Phoenix and having heard much about the Confident Group, we decided to take a look at this complex. It took a couple of meetings with the sales team to get convinced about the purchase mainly because we were worried about number of people residing especially the possibility of overcrowding. We wanted an apartment that wasn’t too crowded yet provided us the advantages of one. Confident Phoenix has 5 Blocks, with 11 Floors. However, the sales representative insisted that we can make a nuanced selection in this residential complex, which we eventually did. In fact, it felt like home the moment we stepped into the apartment, which is our home today. This was our first apartment experience in fact our first home purchase experience and we couldn't have asked for a better staff for processing or apartment. We were worried that we might be taken for a ride but fortunately we could rely completely on the Confident Team to guide us through the maze that home buying process is. The apartment was clean, large and very well priced and the staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs.

Upon arrival, we were thrilled that we were moving into a finished apartment where every little detail had been taken care of. In the little time that I have lived here, I have noticed that the environment has improved drastically and this is only due to the stringent management. We’ve recommended this property to family and friends seeking options in this part of town. What makes it great is that little details such as sophisticated and trendy looking modular/equivalent switches, molded skin door with great looking SS fixtures and much more have been taken care of. Also, another experience that I’d like to highlight is the capability of the marketing team, our sales rep was great, professional, friendly, and told us about the perks of each apartment and what it was near. He knew each building thoroughly and that really helped us zero in on a particular apartment. He even answered questions  on Vastu that my wife had in mind. Overall, it has been an unforgettable journey so far and it seems like it only gets better with time.

I bought a flat at confident group 4 years back and the project is not yet completed. The amenities are not yet completed and confident group is asking for maintenance for the whole year. After getting 100% money they flee away and will not respond to calls. The customer service is too bad .The quality of doors, sanitary, electrical equipments(cables), plumbing work they have used is very cheap quality. Never trust this builder and buy any product from confident group.

If the long-drawn procedure of land buying including checking the title of the land, approvals from  statutory bodies, documentation, registration put you off, think again. Having grown up in old Bangalore, in an independent house in South Bangalore, the idea of investing in a piece of land close to my workspace caught my fancy. Over the years, I have seen Sarjapur flourish before my eyes. In no time, it blossomed into a living paradise and the general sense of warmth that you experience in this area is unmatched. At times, it does remind me of old Bangalore and how quaint it used to be. What draws me to the Confident Gemini, plot options by the Confident is the thought of having a blank canvas on which you can do whatever you want. I have never been a fan of apartments, and have always believed they don’t give me space that I can call my own.  Apartment complexes also gradually fall into disrepair if they are not maintained, on the other hand, vacant plots will remain as they are and have a significant appreciation potential. Building a home on your own land also means that you can build everything from scratch. When you do this, there’s increased scope for customization than what is available with purchasing apartments. A Khata, B khata, Panchayat khata, gramthana – I had no clue what each one of these means and what I need for land buying. The sales team at the Confident group had all the answers to my questions. Staying away from land mafia was the other goal when it came to investing in land. With Confident, I am quite confident that I will be able to deal with this. In fact, I already visited their site and found that concrete roads have been laid out, they have carried out underground cabling work, invested in rain water harvesting and overhead water tank as well.

There’s an attached clubhouse coming up as well, one with world class amenities. This would let the plot owners spend leisure hours with family and friends. I think this speaks a lot about the group’s commitment to ensure that the plots available as a part of this project emerge as residential hallmarks in this area. Although I have been a Banglorean all my life, I’ve always believed that acquiring property in the city is always fraught with loopholes and possible illegalities. Confident has dispelled my myths and everytime I speak to an executive, my endless questions are answered, and I even receive tips to invest. They’ve given me a good idea of the costs of various components like monthly outgoings, costs of utilities after I have bought this plot. They’ve also highlighted the finance options for me, mode of payment and the tenure for which I will be liable to pay taxes.

I have always had innumerable questions in my mind when it came to investing property in India. I was not sure how my NRI status would impact the procedure. I knew that the options are many but I was seeking an apartment outside the city yet assuring easy accessibility in the near future. My parents stay at Hoskote and I have marvelled at how the sleepy suburb has transformed into a bustling hub. And the rise in the number of educational institutes in the stretch has also added to its appeal. I came across the Confident Centaurus project near Hoskote and was curious to know more. I wrote an email discussing my concerns, especially the quoted area of the flat, quality of construction, cost components for an NRI, and reputation of the Confident Group. Surprisingly, I received a very cordial email with answers to all my questions. The representative who had addressed my concerns over email also spoke about market trends about prevalent rates and highlighted the fact that this property was very close to my parents place in Hoskote as well. I was thrilled and could not wait to make a trip to the apartment complex on my next visit. Eventually I did visit and bought an apartment here as well, a 3BHK of 1350 sq. ft in the very first block. While I have plans to move back with my family in the near future, for now, I have rented out this apartment. Apart from all the amenities, which are a part of the apartment, I’m glad that there is an international standard resort which is coming up.This is ideal for me as I have a number of business delegate visits over the year and this would be an ideal place for me to house the delegates. What I like about the group is that they keep me connected the property even though I am away by sending me mailers on the progress of the project. Owning a home in India is a fond dream in the mind of almost every Indian abroad. It’s the lack of first-hand knowledge about the property that puts most off the idea, which is why you need a reliable partner, one is trusted in the industry. It would be too much to ask for my aged parents to scout for a good apartment. It’s hard to expect commitment from friends or other family members as well. However, I can happily say that I found a friend and guide in the Confident Group. They have helped choose the home of my choice and it was so convenient that I don’t mind investing in Confident properties if I get a chance once again. Right from the documents required to ensuring that the house was handed over to my parents in finished condition – the group has really made home buying a breeze for me. I am glad that I can offer my family most things they have enjoyed for years and were scared of losing when they return to India, natural lighting, the flow of fresh air and the best view of the town. Together with access to major commercial hubs, this is the dream home for all of us.

When I was asked if I would work out of Bangalore, I had no reason to deny the offer. Having heard so much about the city’s climate and living standards, I was more than happy to move out with my family in tow. I was confident that the area which I was supposed to reside in, Sarjapur Road, would have plenty of housing options for us and I did not foresee a problem moving to Bangalore, living at the company guesthouse and eventually moving into an apartment that suits all of us(my mother, wife and eight-year old daughter). When we finally got there, we realized that it’s easier said than done. The company guest house was an hour and half drive away from the office premises and at the end of a long day at work, I’d have no time to explore housing options at Sarjapur road. That’s when I came across hoardings of Confident Atik and contacted their sales representative. I’m so glad that I did that on my long commute back to the guest house. While the cost-effectiveness of the apartment surprised me, it’s proximity to leading schools thrilled my wife who was beginning to worry about our daughter. While the project itself is tucked away from the hum drum of Sarjapur Road, it’s a 10-minute drive to my office and of course Confident Gear Creative Leadership School was the obvious choice for my little girl. We moved into a 3-bedroom apartment at Confident Atik and are happy with the facilities available to us here. Since I am not Banglorean, I am not well-versed in the local language, nor did I know any agent who I could trust. I relied on the credentials of the Confident Group and I must say, I have not been disappointed. The entire process of buying an apartment was simplified thanks to the dedicated sales team working out of the Confident Group’s office. I am surprised by the upcoming amenities here. However, the only grouse I have against the management is the kind of maintenance people they employ. I strongly believe that all sections of the people in the apartment including the security and maintenance personnel should remain committed to the betterment of the society. However, I found it lacking among the maintenance personnel. They seemed to care less about the cleanliness of the complex and more about the opportunity to land a job in various households. However, I have heard that bye laws are coming and it’s going to bring about a radical change in the way these problems are addressed. I am glad, in fact we are all glad that we moved in to such a great neighborhood and apartment complex. I am sure that this will remain our home for years to come as it is our first move away from home, yet we feel very much at home. With our little girl getting used to her new environment, my mother finding solace in the various senior citizen activities inside the complex and my wife returning to work, things have fallen into place and we thank Confident Atik for turning a house into our home
A Very One-Sided Agreement

One Builder You Must NOT Opt For

Confident Group is a bunch of cheaters. They promise you heaven and then make you go through hell.

I am one of the many unfortunate Confident Aquila customers waiting for the handover. They are already delayed by over a year in terms of handing over the apartments to us, and external work is yet to even start. SO as of now, no home, no swimming pool, no club house - Pretty much NOTHING.

The service attitude of the guys there is not even worth mentioning. Right on the top is an IDIOT . He is so immersed in posing for photographs with West Indian players that he doesn't have time to keep up his commitments or respond to customer queries.

He is a crap yapper. Schedule a meeting with him and by default you will get an email stating that he is travelling. He is always travelling, and in the process, taking us for a ride!

He has better idiots working for him in the customer service department, though service is just a decorative name there - there is actually no service.

The Finance team, however, is very active. You can expect a call from them any day(or night) and any time asking you for payment, blatantly lying on the level of construction over.

And what do we see when we go and check out whatever little construction is over? Tilted roofs, switches that resembles design of 1980s, aluminium fabrication that is comparable to Plastic- and many such wonders!

Guys - stay far far away from this builder if you care for peace of mind!
Hopeless implementation - Delayed projects.

This is with respect to the delay in possession of my flat Confident Atik. I had booked the flat and paid the token money on 1 September 2011.2 more flats were subsequently booked by me.

At the time of sales agreement, we were informed of possession in 18 months+- 6 months, effectively due by Aug 2013.

After continuously chasing the project team, we were informed of some delay or other.

Now it's been 6 additional months and invited for possession. There are absolutely any amenities. The construction work is still on within the block, No consistent electricity, water, NO LIFT.

All these while there has been absolutely no delay in payment from our side. Any now the twist is to pay maintenance charges for the next 1 year.CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THROWN OUT OF WINDOW.

They dont understand that buying a house is a dream of a lifetime and they screw royally.

All plans of school admissions of kids, to shifting in has gone for a toss. Add to it, current rental which we are bleeding.

How do they plan to compensate for the delay?

Have written to the MD of Confident Group, who seems to be traveling all over and doesn't have time to respond for last 3 weeks.

AVOID BUYING ANY CONFIDENT PROPERTY.
Never Buy any Property from Confident Group.

This is one of the worst builders and developers company I have ever come across. They have taken advance money and still not processed our request. They do not respond to our calls and don't respond to our messages as well. Never buy any property from confident groups. We are already spending sleepless nights. Our loan has also been processed, inspite of getting the sanction letter we are still waiting for our booking confirmation and sale agreement. They are big frauds. Don't loose your money.

Don't trust on confident group. If you are planning to go for any project with Confident group, you have to wait for a long time to get it. Commitments are baseless. Very bad customer support. If something they need, they will not give u good sleep.

If you need something, no one will pick the call or reply to u from the confident side.

It's been good journey with Confident Group from last 2 years when I bought a flat in Confident Phoenix. Location is the best advantage surely. Within City limits, all basic necessities nearby, office, shopping malls etc.etc.

Confident is good option to buy with respect to price and all clear legal property papers. Team is good and professional and handling their clients well.

Phoenix Project is at final stage of completion now. Flat Interior design and quality work is good.Going to Move-in soon and then will come back with more updates with confident living.
My Visit to Amoon

Confident Amoon is really a wonderful place spend day out. It has very good facilities with excellent delighting infrastructure view. Even rooms are very good based on different themes. Specially to mention about 9 holes golf course sports staff they are very pleased to train guest who are in beginners level. Food is main highlight of my visit to Amoon, food was prepared and served so well that our team had never tasted anything like this before.

Each and every staff of Amoon are so hospitable and helping in nature. Overall  time spent in Amoon was awesome and memorable.

I would like share my experience here with Confident Group. I have purchased  a flat in Confident Phoenix and I been often visiting the project and  there has been a good progress and development, internal finishing has come very well.

Starting I was little worried while seeing the initial stage of constructions of my flat as this was my first experience in buying flat in Bangalore. Confident sales team guided  me in all aspect to see my requirements.

The customer care team is also very pleasant  and were happy to handle my requests on certain customization. Speaking about the quality which I have been monitoring through the stages of development it has come up to my expectations.

Now awaiting to get the delivery of my flat and will update you about the life in Confident.
