happy with my flat, and my friend also booked thanks to my friend suggested me good apartment. I dint find much difficulty to deal with confident group, we felt like now they are trying to complete project, me and my friend visited Confident Sandrome Jade recently we checked moodle flat and actual flat both are good.

They have sold 250 plots in 2012. By Promising world class Gated community Plot with Clubhouses, Park etc.I am also one of unlucky customer who has brought a plot by believing there words.I HAVE DONE A BIG BLUNDER by booking a plot in INDUS. IT is MISTAKE of my life which I will regret always.

After 5 year No gate, no electricity, No Park, No Clubhouse, No pavement, No security. People are playing cricket there. At least some one is using it. There are broken BEER bottle on roads.Confident group is asking take the handover. We asked them what handover we should take. First Complete the project. When we complain about it . They started talking non sense. Which I can write here. In couple of weeks if no update then we will be going to court and in Media with hunger strike.Once for all.

They are just cheating people and exiting the business now to start with a new brand I guess. incomplete project Indus at Sarjapur is being abandoned by them.

Imagine a gated community without walls. Just the gate! No Security!, No power!, no water! Claim to be 0 debt company but that also gave them a chance to abandon customer after making their money and leave without completing the job.

Initial experience was good but the moment all the money was transferred, an immediate change. Offices shut down and no responses to emails.

Good services by confident group and their staff, booked a plot last year and all employees  were very cooperative right from the booking and through the registration of my plot. Looking for more projects where customers can get maximum return on their investment.

Never deal or buy any properties from confident group. The company is fooling innocent people. Recently invested in their Fortune property which said by investing 1 Rupee per day and paying for 3 years will earn you a plot. This project is totally fake and they are not refunding the amount that I paid till date. The confident group is not reachable and totally gives false information about the project and misleads the people. The employee in the company keep leaving the company and each time when we call, only office boy will be available in the company. Never trust this company. Totally fraudsters playing with people's sentiments.i suggest dont buy the property.

Roy C J of confident group is the biggest fraud the Indian real estate industry has ever seen. He has cheated every customer for money, time, quality .

His latest apartment project is a testimony for the same, launched in 2009 230 apartments on sarjapura road he is still learning how to construct.  I couldn’t find a single project he has completed in Bangalore, every project lacks basic infrastructure,

Quality of the projects is worse than a road side builder who construct 10 apartments.

Any buyer should visit his existing project before buying,

Booked for a plot project in sarjapur for the brand. Its 2.5 years, they haven't laid a stone.They dont respond when you call them for details and they give all false promises.

They promised that all docs are fine and I can book an alternate plot. Outcome: Docs are not fine. They dont have legal title to sell it. To top it, their sale terms and conditions will be completely one sided in their favour.

When you cancel as last resort, they dont refund the money.Better to avoid confident properties at all cost. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

There are lot of other properties in market. Choose something which is ready to buy and has correct titles.

I have booked a plot with Confident in Sarajapura road, while booking nothing was ready so they said with in 2 months the plotting will be ready and we can do the registration.

So looking for 2 months of time for making plot ready we agreed to a price, and I paid 25% as advance which is very high.

After that time pass by it went by 8 months of time and not a inch has been moved in the location. with in this 8 months I have gone to site and their BTM office couple of time to ask when they will start the project but every time I get a false promise.

The people sitting over BTM Confident office lying about each and everything, I would give you example of their lies(when you go to meet them in their office, Even though they are present in office, their front office girls say that they are not available.

?once I asked them to sent a confirmation email, they said they have sent it when I checked the email and I have not received it, they are asking to check in my junk email but the fact is they have not sent the email at all) so from this kind of straight lies they do).

I have met couple of people over there(Ganesh, Jayanth, Swati), do not belive on them at all.

Now I have asked them to cancel the booking and return my hard earned money now it has been 80 days I am still waiting for the money to get. Please do not believe Confident projects at all. They are one of the biggest cheaters in the Bangalore market. They only play with people's money, time and emotions.

The Chairman Roy of Confident group make tall and fake promises but than does not deliver on any of the promises made. Its been 14 months  and he has purposefully chosen not to respond to any of the concerns and genuine demands being raised by the Leo owners. Attached is the snapshot of the same.

MD Gaffar and other employees(i.e. Deepa Sunoop and Alam) always make false promises to customers and fail to setup a meeting long overdue for more than 6 months with the Chairman Roy.

I work in one of the IT firm in Bangalore. Recently I have booked a plot in Aris3 in sarjapur road by paying 30k advance. Once I looked into the documents the basic title of the document isn't proper for the property and they just want to sell it. Confident doesn't do any document verification for most of their properties and they just want to sell it. Even a common person can understand that the document isn't right to go for the agreement and you don't need a lawyer to verify it. I hope this helps you and please take a wise decision with confident.

Part2:  poor customer response from them sales executives once you cancel the property. They start avoiding your calls whenever you try to reach then asking for return of advance money. Each and every time they just say that they will return the money but never give a definite timeline or date. Poor communication model they have. I have spoken to 3 executivs  Alam, sudhaka and Ganezh. All of them are irresponsible and pathetic.

Folks beware of confident group. I had booked a plot in confident oberon phase 2 about a year ago and I recently cancelled it due to litigation issues and not getting BDA approval on time. It has been more than 3 months since we got any refund and Mr Ganesh from accounts cheated us by inviting to sign forms and returning MOU and to collect the refund cheques.

It has been two weeks since we returned the MOU and we haven't got our money back. I am not sure if they even return money to people who cancel. Most unprofessional. I am still stuck after a year and haven't received my money yet. My sincere advice to everyone stay away from confident group.

Reading mixed reviews about confident thought I would write this one based on my genuine buying experience. I am quite honestly surprised by a good review of confident.

It was a nightmare for me to get my money back about a year back when one of their projects went out of control and they simply couldn't get things such as approvals done on time.

When I enquired about the delay they simply didn't have a good reason and said all they could do at this point was to process my refund.

I was ok with that since it sounded fair. My nightmare started then. I was asked to meet someone in accounts who can start the process and keep me posted. This incompetent person never got back to me even after a month.

When I started following up regularly almost twice or thrice a day he finally sends me details of the refund which is to suit their needs and requirements. I was this guy spoke it gave me quite a bit of confidence I would get my money back on time.

The refund process is very tricky as I couldn't check and it is by no means transparent.Finally after lot of fight, argument, begging and legal actions I got my money back after a year. Sincere piece of advice, just stop messing around with poor customers, they also have same needs as the company with the money. The hard earned money is for their kids future, medical needs and for running family and not being prompt with refunds is unprofessional.

I own plot in confident Gemini sarjapura. It’s been pleasant dealing with confident group. Although it took time get registration to complete confident team took up task and completed as per my request.

I am really happy about the quality of project and specially to mention about confident sales, commercial team they always there  to attend to my query and needs in future.

Also, I am looking forward to deal with confident projects and also I had been to Cascade resort  in Banneghata road  by using my free club membership card which I got after registration of my plot in Gemini it was delighting weekend spent with my family and such good hospitality everyone in my family  enjoyed day out and not forget excellent taste food of cascade. Brainless, uncouth, unethical asses including the MD Gaffar who is unprofessional and never returns calls, messages and emails.

Don't believe anything that Harini, George, Jayant and Ganesh say. They think of cheating you from the moment they start talking about property. The so called owner agents haven't even visited sites and don't have a clue what is happening. The refund process is not transparent and they are never ready to part away with customer money.

To whom so ever it may concern

I had booked site no 174 confident oberon whitefield in april 2014 last year. On booking Mr.Gaffar and his marketing agency felicia consulting(Ms.Harini) assured me that the property is clear and phase I has secured BDA Approval and Phase II they are offering in pre-launch at a price of Rs.3700 has been negotiated. We had immediately given them a cheque of 30% compling with their terms.

They signed the MOU stating that 8% interest in the event they do not deliver. After 1 year, they inform me that there is civil litigation and are not willing to share the information. They also state that they allocate temporary number, that means they have numerous booking to the same site, when questioned they said they do not do such things, but are not willing to share the information of the 16 people who have booked like me and who are suffering like me. Confident is not the actual absolute owner of the property Mr. Anjaneyulu prathipati is the owner who has given them specific power of attorney and registrations are done by confident and not Mr.Anjaneyulu Prathipati.  The builders have devised these fradulent scheme to take customer money and not sharing any information about the civil case, which Mr.Gaffar(Director) claims.

All the properties of confident are not absolute sale deeds, please be careful with Confident Group and its marketing team or any other agency that represents. Also Felicia property Consultants Mr.Ajit and Ms.Harini, they hard sell false information just to sell properties. MOU is a means of getting customer money for 8% rate of interest, you as customer will never see registration of the site. They will say they will reimburse the money after one year, they have made money from your money at higher interest rates or procure properties on your money or made deals. I would call them bunch of frauds and cheats who will promise and are not willing to share any information that is impacting you after you have paid the money.

A nightmarish experience. Please do not purchase pre-launch property with them. Most of their documents are also not correct. Even if you are registering the property ensure that they have absolute sale deed in their name, no GPA or Specific Power of Attorney.

While booking a plot without even seeing the actual plot, they assured me that the advance amount which I am gonna pay will be given back if I am not interested with the plot.

Its been almost 3 years as of now. If we ask for money, they says the reasons like given below.

1) Owner is in Gulf country, once he returns the check will be signed.

2) one owner signed the check, second owner is yet to come

3) Check is ready, will deposit next week

My Advice, please pay any Advance amount to Confident group without proper verifications. As your money will never be going to come back.

As soon as I asked for return money, they took all my Bills from me, after playing a planned drama.

Facts of Confident group's construction quality -

1. 
   No Planning of parking while designing homes. After construction if there is space left they will give to a few people. Else temporary arrangements. E.g. Antlia, and antlia 3.

   The Don't know how to build seepage free floors and walls.

   They Uses low quality fittings. It stops working in 6 months. Ex. Atik.

   Worst STP installation. Most of the time it won't work . e.g. antlia. Dirty water with ants floating around toilet water. Courtesy - worst STP installation. E.g. atik.

   Half covered parking or conjusted parking area but they charge for full size parking. E.g. atik.

   Don't take any action on complaints raised by residents.

   They use Usha lifts which works hardly 25% of the time and by mistake if you are 5 people then you are stuck in between floors. That's the fun of no-quality lifts for Confident. E.g. atik
   

There are many more issues. If I keep writing it would not end. Be careful before buying a house from them.

They are falling apart. Don't let your investment sink. My friend called to warn me. I backed out just in time.

My hard earned money would have gone to drains. They promise lots but I doubt now that they are going their own ways.

Just like so many others who just disappeared with all investors money. They could have ended all this well why do they have to behave like this

Every good review on internet regarding Confident group is the work of the marketing group of Confident group. There seems to be dedicated technical writers who search net and write reviews supporting the marketing group.

I have had very bad experience of investing in Confident Antlia III. I feel my hard earned money is looted by Confident Group. They show professionalism until they take your money, and their real face after that. The amenities promised are not delivered, car parking, proper water supply, properly functioning list, power back up and other promised amenities are missing.

If you care for your money, don't invest in Confident properties.

I am an owner of confident villa plots and  feel, it was the biggest mistake of my life. These people are just selling the property by showing some marketing gimmicks.

I was just asking, about the water connectivity about the Villa plots and they were saying, they are very prompt in giving water. So I personally visited many villa plots which belongs to Sarjapura-attibele road, to see the quality of construction and water connectivity.

Most of the Villa sights are announced in many years back and few of them developed a little. Some people are already staying in these villa plots and they are also very upset about confident group.  But I haven't seen any water connectivity provided by confident group in these Villa plots

The electricity cabling and lightnings are not functioning in many villa projects.  I was wondering some layout, the layout wall itself collapsed due to small rain. Just imagine the quality of construction now:-)

But these people are keep announcing the new villa plots by showing government approvals with some hyped prize and we people are just investing without looking anything.

Before buying these projects, Kindly ensure whether they provide all amenities mentioned in the brochure.
