This group took all our hard earned money in the name of flats for their project Thirumala Lakshmi Vaibhav in 2014 only and then stopped construction . We more than 35 families middle income people are struggling hard to pay EMI and rent. The builder Raghu needs to be punished and we just need our money back. Phase 1 of the project is of worst quality and phase 2 he has no plans to build where we bought our flats. He cannot sit with our money and make us suffer more, he has to give back.

We have already stuck our life savings in this project with builder stopping the work in between for years now. He is not at all listening to our queries of returning our money and trying to run away by giving us excuses.

Please be aware of this builder DV Raghu and his poor quality projects like Thirumala Lakshmi Vaibhav, Thirumala Grand, Thirumala Anemone. A big fraudster and cheater. Has been in many litigations with land owners, bankers, buyers etc..A series defaulter. Big big risk and buy flats at your own RISK.

Sri Chowdeshwari group and owner D V Raghu is a cheater, fraudster and thief. Never invest in his projects. D V Raghu is a cheater. Check Thirumala Lakshmi Vaibhav, at Seegehalli, Whitefield, you will understand. Never ever invest in Sri Chowdeshwari projects, also knows as Prithvi homes and few other names.
