Had initiated a purchase of a property in jan 2023 , however builder is unable to complete handover as they hid details which were found by the banker providing the loan . Customer care is something which is absent at the organisations. Be careful before investing your hard earned funds.

We booked an apartment in Oct 2021 and paid 32 lac as advance. However no agreement was given. After 3 months of follow up, we got a tri party agreement in Jan2022 and realised that the apartment already had a loan on it and was sold to someone else. Century wanted us to get into an agreement with the 1st buyer, and century. We refused to accept that. Post which the CRM team stopped responding to us, finally in Sept 2022 after going from pillar to post, they agreed to refund the money. Till date we have send out 100s of emails, the CRM Team never responds. Even emails to the directors have not got response. I have all the proofs of what ever I have mentioned on top(agreement, email threads to the CRM, directors). And the apartment has been sold again to a 3rd person.

Please do not invest in century, they are thugs.

They take your money and incase for any reason you are not able to proceed further. They don't return your money. At the time of sales, they are so accommodating, even their sales staff, but after which they disappear and push everything on finance.

Mr Vellapandian is never available and will keep dragging the matter till eternity. Such pathetic service. I and invested in Purvakara and trust me they were just so professional to return the money in 3 months.

Century says they don't have funds.

I wanted to buy an apartment here and they reduced upto 8L and tricked me into paying a booking amount. However I decided to cancel and they did not refund the booking amount of 1Lakh saying that its part of their terms and conditions. This is cheating the customer and taking off their hard earned money. I requested them several times and they never obliged..

Be careful with these people... heart broken that they took my money..

They hav a huge balcony, with world class amenities, real time experience. Larger than life livability.

This is one of the cleverest tricks that has been applied by the builders in failing to sell properties since there is not much demand. It is seen that many builders are openly availing the buyer to book a flat at a very nominal rate and after a few time span of 15 days are told to pay the remaining full amount.

The builders and developers have caused us so much of stress because they have not started the project yet and it has been years since they took our money for the project.

The place is not hygienic and there are so many rats here and other things that roam around here, which is a huge problem.

Services for emergency times needs to be available so as to cater to basic needs. Very poor basic needs. Physical infrastructure needs improvement for good society developments. The area overall has less to offer when it comes to buying properties.

Terrible experience with Century (their Artizan project) and I would advise buyers too avoid! Over 1 year waiting, they have taken 50%+ of funds and still have not delivered the property. CRM team provides no help (especially Ms Triveni) and is absolutely unresponsive. While it seems they have the biggest land bank also seems they have lots of litigation. I would avoid this developer and their projects.

Can someone comment on quality of this project and on builder reputation, deviations from plan and can they get oc?

I observed their amenities were reduced in size and blocks are of different height and total no. Of units different in different document.

Is there any builder floor built?

Swimming pool is like toddlers pool amd hardly 4 can stand in half basket ball court and squash court is not in picture. Plz add any additional details which may help others.

I see the project is very nice and lots of open space. Nice well managed sales executive and a lot of patience to listen to our problems.

Its the best project with good connectivity. Best locations for school, hospitals, malls, airport and more. Very well planned project. Overall project is nice and worth of purchasing.

Century Breeze's unit has beautiful units with a surrounding area just compliments the overall structure. For me, the cherry on the cake is the amazing amenities that allow me to rewind after work and feel good. From taking stroll around the garden to early morning workout sessions, they have all the amenities I need to make my life here full of comfort and pleasure.

Nice floor plan this is exactly how I wanted my flat. They are offering very good service to the customers, Good apartments according to my demands. I am very happy with the service Century Breeze Sales Team.

This apartment has that every thing which I always wanted so luxurious with all cool amenities.with the better connectivity . I bought 3 bhkapartment there .and i'm veryhappy with my decision .
