I had booked 2 BHK in 2015 in Phase IC and taken money 21 L in advance and signed MOU that if project is not start before 2020 they will refund the amount with 15%. When Phase IC not started and we opted for refund. Now every time they promised come after 6 month we would definitely return your money as per MOU but now after almost 6 years they denying the promised interest rate as per MOU. Now their lawyer saying we can only pay 7.5%.

This is really a cheating. If they are not allotted a plot nor they are paying our money back. It means they are keeping our money as deposit without fulfilling criteria of Public Deposit Rules as per The Companies Act, 2013.

I don't know how can Private Limited Company can keep an advance from pubic from so long period without full filling criteria of Public Deposit Rules.

We have booked a 2 BHK flat in CCI Project Wintergreen Rivali Park in 2013. We were supposed to get possession in 2016. It has been 8 years since we book the flat, no sign of Fire NOC, possession and handover even after 6 years... The builder is a highly procrastinator and laid back... He doesn’t understand any timelines... In 8 years, he has sbown us our flat only twice... He has a bunch of sales support people who keep lying on project updates... He himself never meets customers... Whenever, we ask for site visit he employes hooligans to intimidate us... Basically, not a builder, he used to run a cable company, doesn’t have any experience in real estate management and building construction... Highly intimidating... 10s and 100s of cases pending in Rera and other legal formus against him... Highly unprofessional. Anybody looking for booking flat here or looking at this as option, should think twice.... We have taken the brunt you shd not...

WE HAD BOOKED 2 NOS 2BHK FLATS IN RIVALI PARK PHASE 1C IN P RELAUNCH PHASE but still to date the developer is neither commencing the project nor refunding our hard money along with interest.

Let us all investors of rivali park phase 1 get together and fight with the developers CCI PROJECTS PVT LTD in court for our hard earned money

I have booked in their phase 1C project and paid advance of Rs 35 lacs in 2016. As per the MOU executed they were to start cinstruction within 2 yeras failing which they will refund the advance with 15% interest. it is almost more than three years now and they are not refunding my koney on one execuse or the other. the promoters of the project Khataus are not even ready to meet home huyers. Their all buildings ate delayed by abt five years fir pissession and they do not submit any satisfacory replies. Mu advice to all prospective home buyers are not to buy flats in CCI Rivali Park else you will reget your decision later as I m regreting at present

The devloper us the one of the reputest devopers of mumbai we have a large ammount of complexes and residential building in our state.we work hard for cosutomers satisfaction.It is a very good site as in my eyes.it contains 2 bhk, 3 hk with a large quantity of space .it will contain.1 dining hall 1 kitchen.1 balcony to see in the loan yard.for any other quary you can contact eith our any of sales employes.they sure can help you out and convence you how to enroll in the complex
