Builder is cheater

Review on CCI Rivali Park Winter Green, Borivali East, Mumbai

I have booked in their phase 1C project and paid advance of Rs 35 lacs in 2016. As per the MOU executed they were to start cinstruction within 2 yeras failing which they will refund the advance with 15% interest. it is almost more than three years now and they are not refunding my koney on one execuse or the other. the promoters of the project Khataus are not even ready to meet home huyers. Their all buildings ate delayed by abt five years fir pissession and they do not submit any satisfacory replies. Mu advice to all prospective home buyers are not to buy flats in CCI Rivali Park else you will reget your decision later as I m regreting at present
