Dears, I wont suggest CG for any of my friends and to the external world for the following reasons.




  • I booked this flat in July 2019 and paid 90% of payment within 1.5 year but no proper response given until date on handover timeline. Still they are shifting the dates and claiming it is going as per the schedule. It was suppose to be completed by sep 2020 and an extension was given until March 2021 as per RERA guideline but we are in 2022. We can understand COVID situation but this is misused and taken as an advantage.




  • While I asked for my flat photos, they shared me some other flat photos. This shows they treat their customers as fools. I tried reaching the RM but no response nor they have curtesy to reply customers.




  • When I tried to reach the Relationship manager, she never attends my call. There is an escalation matrix mail list shared. While I escalated to that person, no response from there also.




  • The Wash basin, Tiles in kitchen and bathroom were totally different from the one agreed during booking the flat and the one installed at site.




  • While we raised this concern to CG, we were threatened since we went as a group of customers around 12 people to CG office.




  • For every customer concern, there is a standard response template from CG that equivalent materials are used.




  • The customization team at CG is pathetic. They never know how to speak to a customer. Very rude and attitude is disgusting.
