I did a mistake by choosing CG for my first dream flat. These guys speak sweet words till signing agreement, post that none of your ask or query get fulfilled by them. Their CRM teams actually do only collecting money from customers and reality they are collection agent nothing much and we can't expect much from them. They don't maintain a single corporate standard and I am surprise how CG winning some of the best awards in India. They are experts in pulling money from customers and cowards in facing the people who paid money to them. They don't share agreement untilyou paid 10% of project cost. After seeing agreement you feel like you are in their trap and if you cancel the booking, they will deduct 10 to 20% of your money and pay balance amount not less than six months.. by knowing such lengthy process. You forced to continue with them. Post that modifications team comes into picture and demand for 5k for documenting your customisations and 18% GST for any kind of modifications including civil works. Which is purely illegal and I am yet to get GST invoice from them for modifications. Any body will book flat by looking model house and they assured me finishing and fittings and tiles will be as is in your original flat, but now they are not using the same designs and brands in original model house. When we went in group to CG office to question on this, they tried to threaten us like will take Legal action if we go in group to their office. It means we don't have write to question them for their mistake and pathetic thing is like people who already paid 95% of money are not able to see their flats. This is the only company who pull bigger portion of money with out even completing 50 % of job in our flats. If you see their payment schedule by the time of rising 14th floor, they will pull 80 to 90% of total cost. With out even completing partition block, plastering, fixing doors, windows and tiles work. There is no corelation betweencompleted job vs payments what we made. In chennai RERA team is sleeping and I don't think that they are inspecting projects also. There is a lot to mention, due to time constraint I couldn't write completely. I am reachable at 9789069699, If you have plans to invest in CG_ZENITH.
