Defective construction

Review on Casagrand Smart Town, Thalambur, Chennai

I have purchased a Villa in Elan Thalambur where the construction quality is very poor. Post sale called forrectification. Even after a year they dillydally things and always send more people for inspection but never care for customer satisfaction. My problem is Water seeping from bathroom to main powerpanel creating short circuit, kitchen sink is fully blocked with workers dumping putty in kitchen sink
