To an utter disappointment, Casa grand builder -for their new project Zenith.We had booked our flat in Signature building. I will attach the tile they had promised while we booked, and to a sheer disappointment they have changed the tile completely. The color, look, feel and finish. They have not intimated any of the customers, nor have they taken a consent letter. Please note they had promised glossy finish - white black stripes and they have given matte finish and grey color. What was more disappointing is the CRM who spoke, her name is Ms, Priya . Absolutely harsh and reckless reply. there was no solution, she was dictating statingwe can do only this, lying that the change 4 months back, she was not aware when we also booked the flat., inspite of the miss from Casagrand end. She also threatened me saying, this is what we can do even though tile has not been placed till now in our flat, she threatened if you want you can take your flat else she has no problem and she has nothing to lose. We have paid so much, response was harsh over the call and challenging the customer as if, they are goons. Not sure we pay so much for this Signature apartment, they have taken a bomb, and this how CRM speaks. No solution to the problem. I am afraid the commitment has been failed, their values of the company has derailed by the way they have hired folks like Priya who are threating their customers and challenging them.
I would also like to bring to your notice, Casagrand is deleting their listing in google review, so that anyone who has raised concern regarding tile and false promise they made.They have been deleting so that this issue is kept under wrap. Just bringing to all your notice.
