I would like to advise caution when dealing with this property seller. There appears to be significant discrepancies in the pricing information shared across different channels—advertisements state one thing, the on-site sales team provides another, and the sales agreement reflects yet another.

They provided me incorrect details, collected payment, and have since delayed any resolution for months. There seems to be no oversight to address these practices, and certain sales executives appear to engage in questionable tactics without intervention or accountability from the management.

Please ensure you thoroughly verify all details before proceeding with any transactions.

Dealing with Casagrand has been a nightmare. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but the communication is terrible—no answers or updates on the key handover, and they keep charging interest with no clear explanation. We're stuck paying EMIs and rent because of their delays, and they just don't seem to care. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I worked for a year in casagrand. Totally a crap work place. When I changed a job, feel so good and energetic. If your in sales and marketing. Then hell for you. Can't able to do work life balance. They will say Tuesday is mandate off. But they will find the way to push you to work.

Particularly evening you never go correct time. All day you will go very late and they keep on ask you to come to longer site in late evening. Then say go.

I heard that, still now lot of delay on incentives and schemes. You never get anything timely.

In market, this is the only company gives low package for sales & marketing.

If you want earn money and if you have any commitment in financial way. Definitely you will be in struggle because I seen last 1 year. Never get your incentives or scheme on time.

Don't waste your carrier and time. No respect and no earning and no growth. Still people saying, day by day worst.

Better choose alternate.

All good reviews are fake and they internally posted. This is real. You can check.

No yearly bonus,

Incentives will not credit on time.

This is the only company having negative incentives calculation for sales etc..

Too much of politics and only few people only grow all time.

Entry level sales and fresher can't able to earn.

Salary low as compared with market.

Appraisal you never get ontime.

Only you have cons now, No pros.

Fancy advertisement, fake projections and efficient sales team are their strengths. I too got carried away by these people and went ahead bought an apartment in Millenia, Mogapair. Unlike other builders these people take 90% of payment from customers and with client's money only they finish up the projects.Just like all of their other projects this too was delayed, and they created an artificial pressure for handover of the project. Even without the lift getting ready they expect the clients to take possession by paying the additional 10% of balance due. The focus is only on stage payments from them.

The mails from them will appear as though the project is ready for handover. Much on the contrary, when you visit, it won't be in a livable condition. On questioning, they will suggest that one can start the interior work. Shouldn't the choice of interior work schedule be given to clients who are investing in crores on these people? It took a few days to understand their game plan. The whole drama of handover pressure was exercised by them to charge me delayed payment charges. Here are the names of people who should be very careful while dealing Dhanusha and Rajasekhar.

I lost interest in this project and decided to sell it up.I asked Dhanusha for the final amount to be settled for handover. She mailed me a figure of 4.71 lks which I was ready to pay and was following up with her for the bank details for a few weeks. In the meantime, they got to know that I am selling the flat before registration and shockingly gave me a figure of 10lks towards final settlement.

On questioning, Dhanusha mentioned that the additional 5+ lks is towards delayed payment, now this is what we call Daylight robbery.Isn't there any value for client's money? What about their delay in handing over the project? All our fights and arguments fell into deaf ears. There is this Rajasekhar who finally accepted to waive off 3lks due to their delay in handing over the project.Much as we fought, we decided to give it up because Rajasekhar even argued saying we could go legal and they will face it, such is their attitude towards customer service. So it is habitual for them.

Inspite of me issuing a cheque for 6.71lkhs towards final payment on 21st September they have not deposited the cheque till date. When I asked Dhanusha about her intention for the cheque deposit she's asking me to issue stop payment and do an online transfer. What do you call these people? How much more can they harass us? They never answer client,s calls. They have a typecast mail reminders for payments. Please beware.

Casagrand is one of the worst builders who do not keep up their commitments. Not worth buying in Casagrand as they will not provide proper service or response to the customer once the customer books the unit. They only chase after the stage payments and after that completely they will ignore customers. They do have some escalation matrix that never works, none of their top management would respond to the customer emails.

They would only forward the emails to other department asking them to respond. Casagrand collects the money from customer in advance for each phase and still they don't deliver the project as per the committed timeline and delay it too much. As a customer I am really disappointed with Casagrand and incurred huge loss due to their delay in delivering the apartment.

I am writing this as a cautionary note to all planning to invest in Casagrand projects. I took the plunge with FirstCity and now feel I made a bad decision in trusting what was verbally told by the sales team and not ensuring the same was called out in writing in the agreement or in the form of an email at least. The manifold amenities were what lured me in along with a reasonable price point given the amenities and promises of a grander living experience.

In particular for FirstCity project, one of the main selling points by the sales person was that CG is investing 12-13 crores in building a RO plant and the water we will be getting will be RO purified and there won't be any issue of scaling or need for an RO purifier. This was not called out in the brochure or in the agreement and it was my stupidity that I didn't ask for a written confirmation on this before booking the flat. Now, as per the CG team it is not feasible to build an RO plant as TDS of water is not suitable for the same. Conveniently they say this now while I and many other owners (as I got to know) foolishly assumed they had already done all needed checks and post that only had informed sales team to quote this while selling the units. Big letdown and lack of trust created.

In my book, this is duping the customer and first degree cheating but unfortunately since I didn't ask for any verbal confirmation while booking the flat, I have no proof basis which I can contest this broken promise with CG. Another point of contention is the actual date of handover which again was conveyed verbally as Aug 2023 by the sales person but as per agreement it was August 2025. When I questioned this I was told since overall project will be completed by 2025 for agreement purposes they can only go with this date but rest assured since my apartment is in phase 2 it will be completed by Aug 2023. It is Aug 2024 now and I doubt even by end of 2024 it will be delivered as promised. They were very prompt in building the structure as per the timelines mentioned but when it comes to finishing of units it's been delayed for more than a year now. And the payment structure is made out such that 90-95% of the money is collected when structure is completed. In short, get all the money ahead of time and then delay and go slow on next steps.

Couple of other grouses I have as a home buyer are:

1. They never allow us to see the unit untill everything is ready which means we never get to see what is happening with our money and can only go by what they share via emails. I am yet to see the unit after more than 2 years since booking and having already paid up 97.5% of the cost and registration completed.

2. The lack of flexibility from their end for doing fully modular kitchen. They will not provide the granite slabs in case we want to do fully modular kitchen and they can only build with cement slab under granite which reduces usable space. It also means you can't install dishwasher as cement slab will reduce the height available for a dishwasher to fit in. In this age where a dishwasher and fully modular kitchen is so common, I was really put off by their lack of support. The model flat has modular kitchen and hence never thought there would be any restrictions.

If I had known issues like this will popup later on then I would have stayed away. The corridor width inside the blocks i.e. between front door and wall opposite is a little small. Car parking in the basement also is a blunder considering it is an area prone to flooding. If they really cared about that they would not have had basement parking.

Too many surprises overall and the delay in final stage works getting done is why I am sharing my experience here so that others can take an informed decision while contemplating investing in a CG project. Every week a new project is getting announced by CG while existing projects are getting delayed and not getting completed. Hoping things change for the better soon. I will update my review if things change for the better in near future.

Very worst experience, being first time home buyer I got cheated by casagrand easily, fake promises, all of lies by sales team, crm , everyone from casagrand, they promised handover 2022 Dec, but till 2024 March no response on handover, they got extention till dec 2024, every time we ask , they simply change the date, today I got a notice from random advocate saying property is illegal, I don't know what to say now

We did initial payment to block the flat and we cancelled the request due to personal reason. We haven't received the refund yet almost more than 2 months now. No response and salesperson didn't pickup the call from day2. As a common man don't know how to take it forward to get our money back.

I have written letter to senior management still no response.

Pls advise how to raise a complaint against them.

I am the owner of Casagrand firstcity project. And I have booked my unit in the month of Dec 2020, and the CRM had promised us to hand over the flat by Dec 2022, however while doing registration the date got changed to Dec 2023. But till now we don't have proper communication from the CG team and no invite for the NOC visit. There is no proper response from the CRM.

They are all telling all lies. If anyone is buying from the casagrand please be careful of hand over process.

I m one of CASAGRAnd customer in Chennai. I have been waiting for my unit for 5yrs now.NO EB connection as of yet. Please dont trust this brand as they have poor customer service and dont keep up the promise. They have already extended RERA date twice now and still I have to wait for 6more months to get the unit. Not sure how GOVT is still letting these people ruin others dreamz. Poor quality of work as well. They use only POP instead of cement and brick. Also, they raise fake delay charges just to loot more money from ur. BEWARE. DONT TRUST CASAGRAND.

Booked an apartment only bcos they said it would be ready by Dec 2023. Without prior notice, in Dec, they sent a mail indicating it is moved to Sep 24. Casual reply saying RERA is 2025 only, so nothing can be done. But if you delay your payment, there is a penalty. I got the worst CRM and she is available only when I need to pay. None of my queries are answered in a proper way. None available for escalation. CG delayed my registration and now asking me to pay the new govt amount. Fitted homes is another cheat story. Overall, my experience so far has been really worrying. My recommendation - Donot go with CG if this is the working culture.

We have purchased a flat in 2020, no registration done, no patta, due to government is claiming it as anadheenam lands,

Then why government approved this project and gave RERA approval and DTCP approval?

Why nationalised banks approved and sanctioned home loan..

Since 3 years we are paying EMI for the zero value property...

Government or the casagrand builder should give the solution for us and all the flat owners who are all really suffering a lot mentally and financially...

Worst builder ever with never ending delays, I have booked 2 apartments in 2019 and was one of the first to book the flat,

but till now they have not handed over. They were supposed to give it by 2022, then it got pushed to March 2023 and after that every

month they keep on pushing, but till now I have not got possession.

The customer relationship team is the worst they dont even respond properly to mails and they will not intimate you on delays, we have to keep on mailing/calling them asking for updates.

CASAGRAND is very well known for its fancy advertising and note the below point:

a. delayed handover - beware what they mention as RERA completion date and don’t believe what the Sales people commit

b. Quality of materials - Don’t go by Model House specifications and quality. Make sure you get all the facts checked in the agreement

c. Payment schedule - They don’t allow physical site verification of your property and make fake demands claiming stage payment.

d. manpower allocation - They don’t work with the same manpower and reduce them by end of the project tenure once the payment is collected.

The recent offer of 20% is clear indication that they are in dire needs of funds or wants to show higher sales. Hence be careful.

Please do not chose casagrand project, as what ever commitment they made they never keep that promise, starting from booking to delivery nothing happened. Few of the members in casagrand never respond to queries, (Rajasekhar, Daniel. and so on). Please dont waste your valuable money and energy in casagrand. Think Multiple times and choose the right builder.

I booked Casagrand Utopia. They don't respond for your queries once you booked an unit. Now, they are asking us to register the property but without allowing us to visit the site for 30 mins. For my brother, they agreed to handover a unit of another project for specific amount and confirmed over mail as we need to take all 3 extra car parkings, since that's the last unit. So, we paid booking amount. After 3 months, they said, management didn't agree with the proposed amount. When we asked for booking amount, they took 75 days to repay the booking amount. We had to call them daily. No one pick up the call. No proper customer care number. We made a call daily. Worst experience ever with Casagrand. We dropped the plan of buying a property from Casagrand.
