This is out first dream home in Casagrand.
This is regarding the registration process for my Flat.
I have paid all my dues(95%) of the total amount before May 2020.
I have been keeping on insisting to the CRM team that my wife is undergoing pregnancy and The delivery is expected to be on September end. The doctors advised her not to travel during the sep month.
I used to keep on calling the CRM team, since June month asking for registration seeking to prioritize this matter.
They didn't give a date for registration, instead they asked me a date for registration. I gave the date as 28/08/2020.
I called CRM team on 12/08/2020, 19/08/2020 and 26/08/2020 to check whether we got any appointment to do registration.
They said the slot confirmation would be known only two days before the mentioned date(28/08/2020). Also she said the date(28/08/2020) will be mostly confirmed.
Later, yesterday 26/08/2020, I called her regarding the slot confirmation, she said till 9th all dates are booked like that.
Why does the Casagrand CRM team do this to me. I can't do any registration process after the 1st week of september. I need to look after my wife. This will get delayed.
I kept calling them, putting email. Insisting them to help me. They push me into a corner. Now I wonder why I chose to buy this apartment.
I called CRM manager, later their manager is saying registration process is not yet started. While some of them registration it! How this is possible. Full of lies. Started paying EMI as well as rent. It stressing us a lot. Since the begaining till now they are not true to their words. I should give rating as 0 since its very worst. With me few of friends booked the falts in Smart home hearing my words. I never suggest casagrand in my life to anyone.
I tried to reach all superiors. but I cant reach them. CRM manager doesn't even know what site we are talking about. Nowhere to write my grievances.
Casagrand make us to spend huge amount money and they dont care about customers. They care about only about money.
Its like a trap once you fell for them then its over. You cant even cancel it once you are in.
This is a mistake from my end for booking this flat in casagrand.
