Casagrand bloom

Review on Casagrand Bloom, Thirumudivakkam, Chennai

It is very heartening to share as a owner of a villa in bloom thirumudivakkam.

The handing over of maintance to association was not smooth.

Some villas are constructed on temple land. Legal issues.

And many other issues which require many days to solve.

The quality of construction is so poor, even simple nail on the wall, wall breakes.

All the rubles are burried in the so called garden

Ovearall unhappy with CG. May not recommend to any one.
