I delt with the sales guy salman. first I was a little confused and did not know which apartment to pick up with these guys I finally sat over my decision for 3 months  and looked at 3 options in the same area, by far felt that salman was just trying to push sell the property to me. and I kept dragging on .

But the time I made my mind up that unit was sold and I finally picked up the 3floor north facing unit after I met salman again and in 7 months I sold the  same on and checked out with 4 lac margin after investing just  9 lac . thanks salman I highly respect your commitment to me and think you are a nice guy
