Posting this so that people should take precaution before buying flats from BSR-Bhumi Projects around Bengaluru.
When purchasing a flat from BSR – Bhumi Projects, please take care of documents and corresponding marking wherever it is. Once they are sold and full money paid, they will not pick up the phone even if you face issues/concerns.
Sharing one of the practical experiences:
Based on commitment, parking allocated, and documents also shared. Mistakes happened during marking. It is marked wrongly by builder labor. After that, continuously, 4 yrs the owner requested to correct the mark. Every time a builder person says that they will do it, but it is a never ending process. Adjacent parking owner forcefully holds that area even if it is not marked in his document and marked in the actual owner document. The adjacent owner is not ready to release and forcefully holds. Association also lobby based and partiality doing based on oiling. Association told; builder to correct the marking. But during discussion, they are taking the adjacent parking side though the document is marked and mentioned properly. Even, Association is doing injustice to the actual owner. Now, builder-side nobody is picking up the calls and not responding to mails and WhatsApp messages. None of the builder’s people picked up the phones even the builder/company owner. It’s strange! It is one type of cheating case by BSR-Bhumi Projects builder.
Request to all when going to purchase a flat from BSR-Bhumi Projects in Bangalore, please take care of documents and marking lines wherever required before clearance of full amount.
