Brigade Xanadu has been a deeply disappointing experience for residents, despite significant financial investments. Issues range from a lack of basic facilities such as water, to the placement of AC outlets that infringe on balcony space, raising serious concerns about functionality and design.

The unresolved encroachment of UDS(Undivided Share), the engagement of bouncers, and frequent security breaches have made residents feel unsafe in their own homes. Moreover, attempts to raise these concerns with Brigade’s top management have been met with no response for over 40 months, further highlighting the lack of accountability.

Potential buyers are strongly advised to reconsider before investing in any properties associated with Brigade, as the company’s handling of customer grievances has been characterized by arrogance and intimidation.
