I purchased flat in Bonito. No customer friendly. False promises. Material used in flat much poor quality. Poor Workmanship. I am planning to sell it.

Brigade maintaining the garden in order attract customer.

Very worst experience.

No meaning in using Here4U. In the name of CRM, Legal team, QA team, etc. available. But no one is available. same team is working on behalf of all.

Many liars and Idiots are in Brigade.

Don't believe in them.

Don't believe in their words.

Once trapped, you cannot come out.

Go with some other builder.

Brigade Xanadu has been a deeply disappointing experience for residents, despite significant financial investments. Issues range from a lack of basic facilities such as water, to the placement of AC outlets that infringe on balcony space, raising serious concerns about functionality and design.

The unresolved encroachment of UDS(Undivided Share), the engagement of bouncers, and frequent security breaches have made residents feel unsafe in their own homes. Moreover, attempts to raise these concerns with Brigade’s top management have been met with no response for over 40 months, further highlighting the lack of accountability.

Potential buyers are strongly advised to reconsider before investing in any properties associated with Brigade, as the company’s handling of customer grievances has been characterized by arrogance and intimidation. This project, unfortunately, fails to meet basic standards of safety, customer service, and transparency

Worst experiance of Brighade Xanadu. Booked a 3 BHK flat at Celeste and the team is not ready to modify even a inch in new flat. By mistake we entered this project. Very Bad experience I will not refer any of our relatives or friends to buy a flat at Brighade. Very rude not at all satisfied as a customer. Never enter this project. Disgusting builder where customers are not given any importance. ??

Think 100 times before signing any application with them. Worst customer experience. We booked a 2.5bhk unit and gave a booking advance of 2lakhs but due to certain reason we didn't want to proceed further. We informed the sales person Mr. Mohan from chennai brigade xandu team within 10 days. As we signed an application form. 1lakh has been charged has the cancellation fees. This is not at all fare and not sure how many builders have this kind of Terms and conditions.

No proper response from the customer care also.

I would suggest to see better project than this.

Worst customer experience and bad impression on deduction of so much ammount which is not acceptable at all.

Please think 1000 times before proceedings with their project.

We are tried following up and convincing them.

Just in 1 week 1lkh loss for us both money and mentally disturbed by the team.

There have been excessively many number of automobiles that have been put to use and that has directly or indirectly imposed many other extra additional costs on the society's maintenance. This has also been followed with reduced travel choices.

There has been lack of governmental agencies to address parking needs and this has been seen because there is lack of participation from businesses and parking management companies with the validation approach where people generally receive either a reduced rate for parking or free parking for a specified time

There are many agents who fail to share important information among other agents who can get the work done effectively by co-ordinating effectively with other agents. And hence the agents who work for the buyers, as they are unable to search for the properties which match their buyer’s requirements on various online real estate portals and other media sources.
