After the agreement, very bad behaviour from the sales staff. They also doesn't pick up the call. You have to pay them 10% + GST of the cost of the property if you cancel the booking.

Very bad state of affairs in brigade lakefront that was completed 5 years ago. Residents are suffering on daily basis in the absence of a compound wall.
