After the agreement, very bad behaviour from the sales staff. They also doesn't pick up the call. You have to pay them 10% + GST of the cost of the property if you cancel the booking. Yes, lacks of money will be lost if you cancel the booking after the agreement is made.

Frequent power cuts and poor network connectivity. The construction quality is very poor. Big cracks in the house walls, boundary walls and floors.
