We bought a plot with hard earned money by believing Bluejay Enterprises Pvt Ltd is reliable . But they did not give any amenities as promised after taking all the money and they are charging like hell for per sq feet.FOr COrner, North/East Facing they take extar then market but not even providing forst class. Strongly suggest to avoid any project by BlueJay Enterprises Pvt Ltd. Definitely not reliable. Don’t do the mistake which we did and now trying all owners come together thinking what to do about this issue.

I invested in one of their projects Atmosphere about 2 years ago.They promised me world class amenities iam yet to experience them. AS OF NOW IT IS THIRD CLASS. All I can see after 2 years is an unkept property with no maintenance.The cheaters wanted to wind up and hand over the property to owners, BBMP without giving any of the promised amenities. After all the fight for these many years they have not even built a third rated club house and a third rated pool. Looks like a bloody sump. We have now formed an association and even plan to go legal if promises are not met. My humble request, please do not invest with them.

I decided to book a plot after having a look at the BlueJay Atmosphere project in Karivabanahalli, Yeswantpura Hobli, Bengaluru. I paid booking amount of Rupees 1 lakh through cheque and they got the cheque cleared at bank within 48hours.The worst experience started since I booked a plot. The Sales executive Mr.Dixit was never reachable over phone and he has his own excuse to not attend calls or respond to messages/whatsapp conversation. I got a soft copy of the documents from them which had huge list of missing documents but there was no allotment letter and receipt for having paid the booking amount. I had to call them and send many emails for the details.

Once I got the documents we started verifying the project in detail and we found so many loop holes related to Survey No.124.Every builder should have a family tree from whom they purchase the land but to my surprise the legal department of BlueJay says no records. The Survey No.124 dimension looks different on the map 2 years before when the layout was not completely formed compared to what the layout is now as it has different orientation and roads. I asked these questions over Whatsapp to Mr. Dixit as he never picked my call but again no response for these questions. After roaming to their office for multiple times we had to ask additional documents like family tree, Registered executed GPA, NOC related to land acquisition and none of these documents are available with BlueJay. So when we verified even more detail next they have portion of the land which was mortgaged with a bank in Andhra Pradesh and this is something strange as the land is mortgaged in Andhra Pradesh which is difficult to identify.

The most surprising was the survey records which shows how the survey is divided as 124/1, 2, 3, 4, 5 is totally changed in the recent records and that happens to be also reflecting in the mortgage documents. These questions I asked at the office and there was a surprising look by the staff yet with no answers. I request to think twice before investing your hard earned money in buying properties. Now I'm fighting hard to get refund of my booking amount. If BlueJay Enterprises were straight forward they should have refund my booking amount the moment I cancelled proceeding with plot booking.
