Amazing Experience plus wonderful infrastructure and also Mr. Ravi what a wonderful man . The way he explains about the property i don't think i have seen it till now he is perfectionist. A perfect project to Invest.

Location, floor plan, amenities are too good. Possession process delayed a little, but not to worry. Customer Representatives are good to work with, however, a lot of information needs to be sorted out with reminders, also corrections were made in the communications sent.

It is a beautiful project on mysore road, takes seconds to just reach metro station once phase-2 is operational. Built quality is too good and nearing completion. Appreciatation to the project might increase to 20% once metro gets operational and mysore bangalore express highway work gets started. Two more malls are nearing completion and metro cash and carry is also near. Overall good project to invest and live luxuriously.

Expecting the same design and style is implemented as shown in promo video.

Wrong promises no customer service and respect

I booked a flat with Birla Apple Spire project 15 Months before. They promised me that they will provide me 5 lakh cash discount, PRE_ EMI Scheme until handover, North facing door by adding up lobby space with no extra charge. Delayed booking during vacation. But now they say that there is written proof on discount, PRE EMI scheme is valid until March 2017 while the hand over looks like will be done only after December 2017, North facing asking for.additional charges. They speak to customer without giving any respect. Doesn't value any promises. No responsible person to Talk to. Not a member of any builder forums to raise the complaints against them.
