Pathetic experience with Bhawani Group

Review on Bhawani Twin Towers, Howrah, Kolkata

Property "Twin Towers" looks good from outside but inside wall and floor tiles are totally hollow from inside. Electric wiring is terrible. Management is good at telling lies that they will rectify all the problems in the flat but after registration and receiving full amount, they hardly remembers you(for me they solved 3-4 issues among 15). The architect of Twin Tower might had no pervious designing experience(hired at cheaper rate), made the rooms suffocating with useless fixed windows. Management rejected my request of opening those windows for proper ventilation but there are lots of instances in that complex where constructions were made against rules. Property is also bit expensive.
