Pathetic experience with Bhawani Group

Property "Twin Towers" looks good from outside but inside wall and floor tiles are totally hollow from inside. Electric wiring is terrible. Management is good at telling lies that they will rectify all the problems in the flat but after registration and receiving full amount, they hardly remembers you(for me they solved 3-4 issues among 15). The architect of Twin Tower might had no pervious designing experience(hired at cheaper rate), made the rooms suffocating with useless fixed windows. Management rejected my request of opening those windows for proper ventilation but there are lots of instances in that complex where constructions were made against rules. Property is also bit expensive.
Poor construction quality

Construction quality is very poor.

All flat owners are now feeling that they have been cheated by builder.

Poor quality of electric and bath fitting, hollow tiles, cement less plaster etc.

Some flat owners have went to consumer court.

Moreover behavior of builder is very irresponsible.

Very arrogant, rude and unprofessional behavior.very pathetic service provided by bhawani group project.they only tell lie, they never fulfill their commitments.they just make excuses while coming the original figure. Prices are too much high and they never give you the right figure

Very arrogant, rude& unprofessional behavior.very pathetic service provided by bhawani group project.they only tell lie, they never fullfill their commitments.they always make excuses and always make delays.they charge you unnecessarily like a criminal loots you with a gun.I will never recommend bhawani group projects to anyone who want to buy a flat.
