Its too bad, after buying flat since last 1 year, just listening issues and issue every single days.At least builder nd itallian arch should understand full water pouring downcontinue from lifts nd parking, is this the quality we as a own supposed to get .its not happning occasionallyit's happning every alternate days.after requesting and sharing all detail still builder not ready to accept what his team delivered, very unprofessional work , where using people hard earn money.

The carpet area of the place is very small. They are selling a house that has a carpet area of a normal 1 BHK house as a 2 BHK house by making a partition in between.

Don't respond to issues residents facing, finally started saying "Do what you want to do". Our dreams of peaceful place to stay has really crashed. Finding very threatening and unsafe location to stay. Long pending works, loud noise, faulty lifts, dusty parking space, dangerous parking, Ideal and useless security force and many more. Finally Management started saying "Do what you want to do" and they are not helping

I purchased flat in Nikoo 1 and possession is delayed by more than 13 months.

If delay was not enough, they offer you flat in poor quality and many things are incomplete.CRM only knows to send demand note and dont check quality before offering to customer

Poor Quality - Tile Laying is pathetic - Hollowness, Skirting is done very badly, Water Seepage, Scratches on doors, glass windows

Clubhouse equipment are of very shoddy quality and very less in quantity, Still many things are incomplete though clubhouse is said functional

No Water Borewells, still no residential connection, Frequent power cuts, They charge over and above maintenance cost for DG power backup - No chance is left out to cheat customers

It is a third class builder who just knows Marketing and extracting money from customers

They also file legal cases if you raise your voice

SO DONT FALL IN TRAP!

It's a pathetic project. Nikoo 1 has already failed within 6 months of possession and Nikoo 2 is under 420 case. Plumbing, Kitchen, wrong commitments at the time if sale - name the issues and they have it. Don't fall in trap. It's not worth the money.
