Bhagwati Ulwe, Bhagwati Greens 2 and Bhagwati Greens 3, Kharghar projects have not got OC since 2 years . Builder has not updated his documents and hence has been penalized with penalty worth crores. Troubled, Lied and cheated. people DONT EVER BUY WITH BHAGWATI DEVELOPER

Basically I am a broker in Ulwe area, I deal in Rent, sale, commercial, etc. one day I went to imperia along with my client to show the project but I found the behaviour of their employees is not at good towards us, I found them rude and arrogant behaviour for me. that was a bad experience for me as broker we are the mediator between the client and developer so basically we place an important role in selling property. We are the one who suggest n no. of investor to invest in Real Estate. so basically I didnt like the management of Bhagwati Group

Ghansoli is the most stinky & shitiest place in Navi Mumbai. Reasons are-

1) completely surrounded by open big drains (nalas). You can smell everywhere in Ghansoli.

2) Due to big drains mosquitoes are plenty. You cannot even stand properly without mosquito repellent.

3) strong Chemical smell in night after 3am from nearby factories.

4) lots of lot of labour class population stays nearby. You feel like staying in a dirty shitty full of Nala villages.

5) No shopping malls nearby.

I have visites their vsites.Good construction work. Good cab facility for visiting sites. Helpful staff. Parking space awailable also good terrace size and passage area. Good interior work. Seperate bathroom and toilet. Seperate dinning room. Its good. Flats are awailable in affordable and in budget cost. Its value for money. Possesion on time commitment. Good kichen interior work. Good amenities like garden etc. Flats are awailable in 1 bhk, 2bhk and 3 bhk. Its nice to buy house in the company.
