It's so unhygienic to stay with no solution to dark black stinking water permanently coming in washrooms.

Quality of material is no good.

Water pressure keeps decreasing in taps every 15 days.

They want a plumber to be in the house all the time.

I got my 2bhk flat in dharuhera gurgaon in 2014. I resident from last two year in bestech. location is awazing, people is very help full in building. and also manufuring of building is used good material. nice floor and garden, play ground and parking id avialable free. the maintennace charge is very low and maintenance staff is very skill and good behieve. since last two year I am nt facing any problem in my flat and building. builder choose good locality it is on highway nd green everywhere. I am proud to live here.

I am civil engineer by chance I got flat from my company in bestech sector 67 gurugram as guest house .the first thing I like about its world class security system and second its greenery and traffic rules inside the society. There is parking like mall parking .a very good play ground , cricket ground and world class swimming pool. I also like the culture of society . Every festival is celebrated here .and super market and fresh vegetables at very cheao price .i feel like living in heavan here

I bought one park facing flat. They charged PLC for that. But in between they changed the map and then my flat was no more park facing. Now, they didnt refund me the money. And when you go to court, they influence the courts as well. I am just repenting why I purchased the flat from them.

I strongly recommends not to buy any flat from here. Its almost now more than 12 months, they are doing black mailing as well. THey are pressurizing me to take back the court case.
