They told us that they will build a garden with swings and slides so that children can have fun, but they did not do that. They also promised us some other things, which they never took care of.

There is no hope for possession of the flats that we booked and it has been 3 long years. I request people not to book a flat with them and urge people who have booked a flat to come together and fight so that we can take legal action against them.

Ideally, they should have given us a document that we could review so that we could take our time to sign, but they hardly gave us any time and expected us to sign on the spot and any delay would be considered a fault of ours and it is not fair at all.

We have to ask the builders permission when we want to make some changes in our own house! We also have no freedom to take tutions or do any productive thing in our house! They ask for a commission on what we earn! When it is our house, why should we give them comission?

There have been tremendous cases of formation of nest out of any form of shredded paper, grass clippings and leaves. This needs to improve with proper nesting done in place with good examination services in place.

Bengal Dcl is very nice place I visit two times and co worker also good food also good non hygenic actually this bengal dcl also eco friendly cool place environment also good nice position and my friend also like this place in puja time crowd also huge this is not fair for people so I want to take some time for reallocate then

As per original promise malancha mallika was supposed to be High class quality with clubhouse and swimming pool etc. At the point of handing over the quality was low class and no facilities were ready.
