The maintenance charges of this property is just to high! We were not given an idea that the charges will be so exorbitant! The facilities and amenities that they provide are not that great because there are too many people living in the complex and their facilities do not accomodate everyone!
Loans not been able to account for cash flow

The developers have been failing at been able to create active channels of cash flow and get the borrowers funded through loans which has basically led to the sales of been of no value. This has been caused since the developers have not been able to get lenders to lend to borrowers.

There have been several projects and typical land areas where the builders basically lacked poor construction experience. Many of the builders lack proper list of completed, ongoing and upcoming projects in their catalogue.

The possession has been delayed to a large extent, which is a huge inconvenience to us and has caused us a lot of stress and anxiety! The builder does not take any interest in supervising the work because of which the work has been delayed to such a large extent, causing us severe problems!
Builder charging large amount

As per the governments rule, the builder should only charge and accept only a specific small amount as cash from a customer in a year. If he takes above that the same amount will have to be paid as fine. However there are still many projects where the government is charging extra.
