There are many cases where the buyer is not aware of the actual price that he is paying on per square feet basis unlike other cities and towns where the rates are standard and are charged on the basis of per sq. ft calculation.

The maintenance fee here is simply too high and we cannot understand why because the complexes in the neighbourhood have the same facilities yet they charge very less maintenance.
Less car parking space.

They have not car parking as per the number of people living in the building because of that some of us have to park our cars outside and it is quite scary to do so.
