Please Don’t buy happy trail property

Review on ATS Happy Trails, Sector 10, Noida

ATS homekraft happy trail project I would suggest don’t buy. Reasons:

1) 3 km patch is lonely and will never get developed. Schools will get closed at 2 pm and after that entire area will remain lonely in near future . So insecure.

2) The per square feet Rs that they are charging is very high and quality is not at par with price and locality.

3) Greedy builder.The people doing dealing there like sanjeet highly untrustworthy . Your money and deal will be in danger as he is such person whose words you can’t trust. Beware it’s not one Rs investment.

4) Transportation problem . Won’t get auto or cab easily.

5) Greater noida west traffic condition is very very bad..
