Good infrastructure but problem is Maintenance

Review on Ashiana Anmol, Sohna, Gurgaon

Pros:-

1. Society location is very good in terms of connectivity. You will never have any traffic issues.

   
   




2. Society has lot offer in terms of infrastructure, outdoor and indoor sports activities, swimming pool, park, green area.

   
   




3. Next phase of Ashiana Anmol will be ready in a year and it will come with 2-3 times bigger park then existing one.

   
   




4. minimum vehicle movement on on ground floor gives safety to the kids. Society is actually designed based on kids in mind.

   
   

Cons:-

1. Ashiana as a maintenance company is not maintaining the society properly.

   
   




2. Maintenance fee is very high compared to services provided.

   
   




3. Also maintenance is charged to owners but Ashiana does not provide details on expenses.

   
   




4. Owners are stuck with this maintainance company due to some signed agreement.
