The worst property I ever saw. First of all it is a litigation property, if someone buy the property they has to be prepared to attend the court cases and next the construction quality is poor and their HMDA permission is not yet approved, but they are bluffing the people. Due to this sort of reasons they are asking us to take loan from LIC instead of other banks.
