The interior coordinator lady at Aryamitra poetree office Narsingi is highly egoistic and feels as if she is the CEO. Zero knowledge on interiors and drowns the customer once payment received. They enjoy gossips on customers as they are aware only fools will make interiors with them.

Management is not professional and accountable, Even did not respond for the promises they made.

Builder is customer friendly. project works are in good progress and builder gives updates on the status of work.

Staff capture images of respective flats on request as and when required and share to know the amount of work carried out.

Right from day one, staff are very supportive and cooperative. Most of the staffs are young and the enthusiasm they express while briefing project leaves a positive mark on their presentation

The worst property

The worst property I ever saw. First of all it is a litigation property, if someone buy the property they has to be prepared to attend the court cases and next the construction quality is poor and their HMDA permission is not yet approved, but they are bluffing the people. Due to this sort of reasons they are asking us to take loan from LIC instead of other banks.

Cheap Quality constructions

Beware the construction quality of aryamitra group is so bad. The recent buildings were grossly compromised on quality. you can see the walls are so badly made and cracks everywhere in elevation.

They operate in different names. All are big cheats and construction quality is so bad.All belong to same group and the quality is so bad. If it is hard earned money, stay away from this builder.
