I know someone who owns a project in Zen World. From what I learned from them is that the project was delivered on time and with all the promised amenities and specs. Artha was also very receptive and responsive with their customers.

I feel that their other projects are also quite good. Especially Emprasa! And now with many new rules such as RERA, you can expect home buying to be easier and safer.

Artha Midas is their upcoming project which I recently visited. Artha has promised quite a few

amenities with this development. The construction was in full swing when I visited and the whole picture seems fine. I am actually thinking about going ahead and investing in this project not just because of the amenities but also the location. Hoskote is really good! I feel that in the coming years, it will become a good industrial zone with high returns.

I actually find Artha’s customer service quite good. The construction has started at Emprasa. Looking at Artha’s previous projects, I feel that this one can also be expected to be excellent. What you can do, for direct updates from their construction, get in touch with  their customer service! As I said before, they’re very responsive and clear.

Its  a unique development featuring sports facilities, green open spaces, offices, convention & training centres, a multiplex, pubs, fine dining restaurants and much more!

Well behaved staff. Affordable project. Loved the concept. I have heard many false allegations against the Developer. But what I see is what I believe. They are working at a brisk pace. After RERA coming into the act. Startup city is a rare thing in Bangalore.

Glad Artha builders have come up with this concept. I was looking for a commercial space and have found one flat instead. Happy with the product. Value for money.
