Since the very past times, there have been multiple times when the developers have not been able to seek expansion of the properties on the already built up and purchased flats since it has been the buyers that have lost credibility in the form of active investments, loss of proper execution coming from the builders end.

Folks, Please be aware of this builder in Chennai. Poor Quality Flats.

A portion of Thermocol/False Ceiling was leaking and fell down not only in my flat but also on a bunch of other flats. In addition some of the walls were affected due to dampness. I pinged Arihant about this few times and there was no response. Many reached out to Arihant personally and also through their Home Owners Association and I doubt if Arihant took any action on it. My Advise to prospective flat buyers. Stay away from Arihant.
