Staff is mentally absent. Book 2 flats in Arihant Aloki Karjat project 2019 by paying 31 lacs. During corona some delay from my side. Sales Executive Dinesh Goswami assured me of no delay charges as I have given 31 lacs 14 month in advance. got possession for 1 flat in Nov 2000 and 2nd flat haven't received yet after paying 18 month advance maintenance possession late by 22 months. Now they realise that my late payment is due. Even not a single reply on mail or call.

Builder had promised to complete all pending works and claimed to have used quality materials for construction. Offlate its observed the builder used inferior material towards the project and The building has developed cracks all over within 2 years of construction and still society is facing Water issue and everyday we have to order water tanker.Past 3 years we are facing water issue and using tanker water for daily use.swimming pool is under maintenance since 3 years when we had taken possession.

Its club house is too small to accomodate 10 people also for Gym and Indoor games when we have 260 flats in society.Library promised 3 years back and still builder has not delivered.I can say builder has cheated with customer over fake promises and Poor construction quality.

I had booked a flat in 2016 and took possession in early 2018. Even after so many years, we are still using boring water to meet our needs. The builder is really irresponsible and has continued construction of more wings and still ongoing construction. More than 600 flat owners are without water supply and nobody cares.

I have booked this FLAT in Dec 2014.

1. When I booked this flat with so much hope but everything got Vanish, at the time booking they mention below things

. Project will be completed by 2016

. My Flat is Garden facing, that time it was under construction so I believed them.

. After Booking when ever I requested for Registry, they have gave excuse. and finally I force in 2019 they did it and asked to come and sign just documents.

. Now when building is completed, when I checked my flat its not garden facing, when I reported this, they are not agreeing to this, when I called that person who has shown me the flat when I visited atleast 5-6 times when it was under construction, he said yes I was showing garden facing flat and sales team told him that their flat is garden facing.

. Now they are saying mistake is happen with us sir which cant be change, you should have also seen in Registry paper, see who they are doing

There have been many cases where the increase in the number of automobiles has constantly led to increase in the number of overall parking costs including vehicle and residential parking and that has also led to increased accident risk.

The projects of these builders are unnecessarily over hyped, resulting in them offering really overpriced houses for no reason! Complexes in the area have similar facilities at a much cheaper rate, so you would really have to have a lot of money that you have no use for to buy an apartment at this place!

The builders and developers have caused us so much of stress because they have not started the project yet and it has been years since they took our money for the project.

When the buyers approach the builders office to seek compensation since that is the rule of the buyers are not given the flat, it is seen as coming as one of the reasons where the builders give the reason of non-availability of construction materials which is why the project is incomplete.

Many of the developers besides providing information about the legalities, fail to provide detail about the surrounding area and what all development is coming up in future when asked and enquired from the buyers. This fails to achieve credibility for the buyers.

This place has so many rodents and insects that it has caused us numerous problems healhwise, so I would not book a property here.

There are many cases where the builders have been known to be very prestigious but since the same bunch have a large set of inventory on their head which they are generally trying to get rid off in the first place, it is the projects from these builders that is seen facing serious threats.
