Never blindly trust on Arihant’s sales team and seed reality private limited’s agents.
Arihant is bluffing their customers, fake promises, nothing giving on paper which I have paid for, and no refundable token amount which is around 1 lakh and bluffing last from 3 and half months. On March 4, 2023 when I visited Arihant Alishan, the sales team shown my family both models homes sample flats and actual flat that they would be delivering. The construction quality and building structure appeared to be rather impressive. Without a doubt, they are not compromising on the build quality, that is why I consider Arihant to be a good product.
On that basis, I had planned to reserve an apartment on the 31st floor, Because they only had one inventory at that time, according to the Arihant sales team but we later get to know that, it has already been reserved. One of the Arihant’s sales woman informed us that they have one more inventory which is 1.5 bhk apartment with 640 square feet of carpeting that is available. This apartment is connected to the Terrace. The site Head of the Arihant took us to Flat No. 3203 on the 32nd floor of Kavya. Till the end he explain us how we can maintain that terrace flat after receiving the OC and how we can construct it in future and many time they communicate us we are selling this 1.5 bhk apartment and we have opened this inventory only for you. So I convinced my family to reserve that apartment. We have given them a good offer. They rejected our offer since my family and I were trying to negotiate that with them, We therefore had a plan to return to the house. Then they called me on my mobile and said, "We can do this for you for this cost. If you accept, come and pay the token amount if not leave it.
So I wanted to buy a flat in the Arihant Kavya Tower, Flat No. 3203 As a result, we gave them a minimal payment because their situation was grave. The token amount must be paid today by EOD in order to hold your inventory, and the deal is still valid. We won't give it to you tomorrow at this price. I therefore made a 25k payment for 1.5 bhk on March 4th, and we went to the Arihant office to pay the remaining token payment. After paying 25k token amount. They have amended their claim and now saying that they are only selling 1-bedroom configurations, not 1.5 bhk. That was very sad movement for me and for my family, how they are making fool of innocent peoples and bluffing them. After giving them the 25k token payment, they refused to put the 1.5 bhk on paper even though I insisted them to put it on paper because they had shown us that inventory under the name of 1.5 bhk flat. Then they have stated their requirement and now saying, we are not charging you for terrace if you want to include terrace also you have to pay an additional charge of 90 square feet if you want to add 1.5 bhk flat in agreement.
So I called to Ameen and his partner Sourabh because they had taken me to the site and I asked them for a suggestion whether should I go ahead or not. So they said yes go ahead you can construct FSI area after receiving the OC. And as I did request Sourabh and Ameen to put terrace area on a paper. So they told me we will discuss it with Imran Sir and will match your requirements. So instead of meeting my requirements, they are not giving it on paper and not giving 1.5 bhk on agreement or not returning my token amount. So they are doing gunda gardi. You have already signed on a paper. As per our policy, we don’t refund any token amount. And as per our agreement format, we can not change it. And it is not possible to put 1.5 bhk on paper. And saying, We have never said that we are selling 1.5 bhk of inventory in Arihant. They are making all of their commitments orally rather than in writing. They are expressing 1.5 bhk flat vocally but not in writing. They are playing with innocent peoples and making them fool.
Arihant is a worse con artist. Compared to a modest builder, they are the biggest baggers.

People Awareness: If you are planning to buy a home in Arihant, please avoid to going there because the people there will bluff you. make a deal very carefully and do not put your trust on them. Only trust them if they are ready to provide everything in written statements if not, do not send them any token amount also. Be careful!! My suggestion is stay away from Arihant.
This is a true story: I was a genuine buyer.
And I have all the evidences of token amount transactions. They trapped me and collect a token money.

We are being torcher by these 2 people where Imran is saying from last 3 and half months we are trying to get your money back and Ameen also pushing it on girl staff from Arihant and sometimes saying only signature is pending on cheque and sometimes saying your refund application being rejected.
And both are saying that buying a flat in Arihant that was your own choice.
Now the point: Is there any sensible person in Arihant who can help and deal with their customers politely and honestly and be adhere on wording?
