They sell properties and later claim that the SBU has increased and ask for extra money during registration. The management has the intention of making fraudulent activities and lure buyers. They are not even bothered on laws and think that they can buy law with money.

I hate how callous this people are. They took so much time for construction and they delayed possession also by years and then we also see that the construction quality is bad.

There are many builders who simply try to lure the buyers by providing attractive deals and offers like the facility for modular kitchen that comes built-in in the houses. There are also builders that charge a tad extra on flats that lie in the premium segment and this needs to change.

Our calls and emails get no reply from them once we have booked a flat with them.

There have been many instances where the real projects have failed to register with the regulators. This is not in accordance with Maharajah rules and laid down principles. This should be taken into effect and the developers should not be allowed to sell, book or advertise without registration.
