Builder is a cheat

Unfortunately we bought flat in Bhavya green, jagatpura of this builder. This builder is worst of the entire jaipur. At time of buy, he promised 10 year maintenance of sanitary fittings by jaguar, life time maintenance of building, adequate water supply etc and what not. Post sale he neither visit society nor providing any sort of maintenance. I live at 10th floor, even there wall caught moisture and paint got chipped off in just 1 year. Washbasin of almost every flat fell and broke and we had to pay for replacment. 10 year maintenance too came out as a lie. No proper waste management. Dustbins are kept on stairs which are not picked up daily and hence corner flats enjoy bad smell every now and then. Poor cleaning. On complaning Anuj arora threatens publicly. Plz plz avoid this crook. Stupid are the people who would still buy from these people. Anuj arora and his father both are cheats. Just looting the people.
They Are Duping People

We were duped because the builder told us that they is only this one flat available and this flat is absolutely the one with a bad view and bad ventilation! Later, we came to know that there were other flats available as well!
No trained staff

The staff is not trianed well and they do not answer basic questions about the property honestly, which I found very fishy and decided not to invest in the property.

Make sure that you take a receipt of every little thing that you pay because the builder may deny that you paid him anything later.

We were not at all amused when they told us to go check their website to see their approvals and licenses, but since they are a renowned builder, we agreed to do so. However, we were very disappointed to see that there were no approvals or licenses on the website.
No proper conveyancing
