Aparna is one of the best builders and developers as its concerned about its customer by assisting them in each and every aspect since it is growing bigger and bigger now a days I thought it doesn't reach the customer but it was wrong. i've been touch with their staff and all their staff were eager to fulfil the customer queries. As well as the product implementation rates are also reasonable. thanks to aparna.

Hi.

Buying house in aparna is like moving in a leased property with agreement to pay utility.

Electricity Charges: 7rs/Unit

Power backup charges: 25/Unit

Power backup is only for 5 points.

Power cut frequnecy is higher than rest of the city.

1 Passanger and 1 Goods lift per block. 1 block has 100 Flats

Out of these 2 lifts, one is on maintence for 50% of the time

Aparna Staff is rude.

The elcerticity meter is prepaid. I had only 200 left and went to recharge as its summer and AC is consuming lot of elecrticity. I reached helpdesk at 6:15 PM and they said, they will not accept payment as its above 6PM. So one can deposit only between 9 AM-6 PM. So means break from office. Or lucky people who dont have to go office on time. Actually many people who bought home in aparna like that only. God know who come they have so time.

Second issue. the electricity meter itself is faulty. means 2 days with 6 hours of AC consume more than 60 Units. I have lived in fortune heights early, it never happened. I raised concern of faulty meter but no one to attend. Many residents have raised such concern but same .

Rest Gym, swimming pool, club house all charges are more than average of that area. So why we bought house there.

When I shifted they stopped my truck saying after 7PM its not allowed. so I am suppose to keey that truck for whole night. After a lot of begging they allowed. they want god like treatment, if you act like customer they will not listen. be a devotee and work will be done

Aparna Constructions is one of the leading builder in Hyderabad city. We went to my cousin flat in Aparna Villas for house warming functions. Its 6th floor 3bhk spacious hall and one master bed room, children bed rooms. They constructed house as per vastu. My cousin got housing loan on this flat without any problem. The builder are very famous and they will not leave any space in the room as waste. Awesome look from bedroom balcony and Kitchen is fully spacious and open to the hall. Provided all the amenities for the building with established builders office for the maintenance. I would suggest that this is the best justification to our money

I hate to say that this organisation has the worst staff members working here. They are rude as they do not listen properly to you and they just focus on selling their plots rather than listening clearly to their costumers opinion.

So I would say they have the worst costumer service, they even call a lot even if you ask them not to.

Staff members do not show much interest and they talk very less and do not explain anything properly.

Their projects are quite good as I have seen many of them and that was the reason I approached them.

I kind of like the structures they make, I have visited so many constructed sites under them. But they are not good for someone with family bigger than 5 members.

And when I approached to them to talk about everything, they were not showing much interest towards us. Kind of felt like a rude behavior. But after I rejected to deal with them and went for other builders I felt kind of happy that I made a good decision not to go with these real estate people.

I was very unsatisfied with the customer service.

Hi everyone,

Aparna is very well known builder in South India. It's one of the premier builders in Hyderabad. I had bought a flat in Aparna Cyberzon which was 5 years ago. I have seen many of Aparna's projects here, Lake view, Canopy, Tulip, Hill view to name as few. And believe me, they have build their own world, away from the hazzles of city traffic, in a peaceful environment. amazing. I liked the plans and construction. Couple of my friends have purchased flats with Aparna. their construction is so robust, they provide all basic amenities, and all facilities. cost is on higher side, but with the facilities and security they are providing, it's worth it. The customer support people just do not know how to even speak to customers. They seriously lack basic etiquette& respect for customers and the worst part is even the managerial class is no different. Request you all to be wary of Aparna Construction. People who have already bought in their under construction units should ask for a meeting with Higher Management every 4 Months and discuss the status otherwise in the end they will cheat you to. I do not know how they manage to sell properties in today's market where you have 100's of new players queuing up to sell the unsold inventory. They just don't bother to resolve customer issues or complaints and come back to the customer I only hope the senior management wakes up to the harsh realities of the market and does something about this harsh, rude and impolite behavior of such immature staff within the organisation. The brand equity of any good companies do get enhanced/ eroded with the front line people who are the 1st touch points. The image either gets built or gets diluted at the first interaction. My first impressions and experiences is hopeless and I shall not recommend Aparna to any professionals from the working class If having good budget plan than go for Aparna a trusted famous Construction builders, area is Hi tech better than komapally, as komapally is new and outer from the city. I myself will choose Flat rather than villa from aparna. The society covers large area, very neat and clean with almost all basics facilities. The staff is very polite and sweet, they described each and every thing in very clear manner. The villas are also very catchy looks, I liked that but all are same, that thing I do not like much. There is open area in villas, nice interior and plan. Open terrace is also there. Budget is little bit high but if you need all good facilities and safety than this much spending is worth.

In the end, I just want everyone of you to take a look at this apartment before moving on to any other place or flats in Hyderabad, go grab the place right from were you stand. Happy day
