"I am extremely disappointed with my experience in the [Ramreddy towers] gated community built by [Anuhar Homes]. Since moving in, I have encountered several issues that indicate fraudulent practices and false promises regarding the amenities provided.

1. False Advertising: The amenities advertised, such as a gym and pool, are either non-functional or not up to the standards promised.

   
   




2. Safety Concerns: There have been multiple security breaches, and the response from the management has been inadequate.

   
   




3. Poor Maintenance: Basic maintenance services are neglected, leading to unhygienic and unsafe living conditions.

   
   

I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider investing in any properties built by [Builder’s Name] due to these ongoing issues. I hope the management will take immediate action to resolve these problems and uphold their promises."
