Buyers has already paid 90% still they haven't got procession till today. this project was started in 2010-2011.

We booked flat in golf city in dec 2016 and sales official MR. DAHIYA confirmed that project will deliver in the mid of 2018 but still project in same position as it was in 2016 . No progress is there. Builder always say the things has resolve and you will get possession within 1 year but still we are paying EMI and no response is there.

Poor quality materials used in construction.

Worst construction by the builder. Poorly maintained, parking issues and what not. I am living here and hate the materials used.

Poor electrical fittings, curtain rods fall very often because of poor quality cement. My kitchen chimney could not be installed until the complete wall was re-plastered. Would not recommend buying a flat here to anyone.

Many of the walls that are constructed as a part of the project lack proper quality plumbing and this needs to improve with great efforts else it will create a troublesome effect for all the people that are living occupying the nearby areas.

This leads to the process of submitting tenders but are not helping in terms of ensuring fair competition among bidders since they are not displayed openly. This needs to be taken care of in an effective way.

Since the very start, it has been seen that the builder has never tried to be upfront with regards to the details that should be formerly provided to the new buyers regarding the buy-in details of the flat and this has created incredibility among the new buyers.

We had to bear a huge cost because of their changes in plans all the time. Plus, they did not consult the buyers when they made the changes. The finished product is not that good, so we are not that happy.
