Poor quality materials used in construction.

Worst construction by the builder. Poorly maintained, parking issues and what not. I am living here and hate the materials used.

Poor electrical fittings, curtain rods fall very often because of poor quality cement. My kitchen chimney could not be installed until the complete wall was re-plastered. Would not recommend buying a flat here to anyone.
