Cheat Builder and Sales Force. Only Promises

Don't buy flats in this project. There is no regular power supply, we pay Rs.600 per month for the diesel of generator and in future also there is very dim chances of regular power supply. The roads are pathetic and local transport is at its worst.

Now there are water supply only for 3 days a week, advisable to the builder to provide bucket and mug along with possession letter so that residents can get water from outside. there is no borewell water facility so when you go to washroom suddenly you may be shocked to find that there is no water in the flush and the tap so you will be back to natural way of cleaning yourself with bucket and mug after you are done. The builder only has promises no delivery. He promised gym swimming pool club house etc.but despite staying here since 2 yrs nothing is ready. Builder charged 2 years advance maintenance while buying flat but forced us to pay for water and property taxes again after 2 yrs. Despite handing over the complex to our society we still don't know how much he spent from our 2 years maintenance charges.

If I had to rate this project in negative I will rate it minus 5.
