Partner Builder(Anand Properties)in this property is a fraud and fooling all old and new customers. I am warning everyone please beware if you want see the reality of this Builder kindly visit the Plot No 85 DivyaShanti Residency in SUS area developed by anand properties not far away from Urban Joy. Divya Shanti Residents buys the flats in 2011 got fake commitment of Delivery in 2013-14. After Possiesion as well stroy dosen't end till date(Jun 2021) Society handover is not done also the garden area and parking which is basic to any society is still pending from builder end.

Who so every is planning to buy the property in Urban Joy I request every one to first the visit the Divya Shanti Residency in SUS and then Plan for the purchase.
