Worst experience on the first day

After registration when came to the new house I saw damp on the walls. This is when I understood I made my worst mistake.But soon I realized there is more yet to come. The flat was full dirty with construction materials all lying on the floor. The tiles were not cleaned and unlike other flats who look shiny on the first day. Upon asking the caretaker Syed, he started asking money and when confronted he simply said go to hell. Like what. I was shocked. Never ever take a flat from here. Never. Especially from owner Ravi Kumars share.
